How we look after your information
Who we are
This website is run by Sartoris Lodge No. 9497 and Sartoris Chapter No. 9497, which meet at Rushden Masonic Centre, Wellingborough Road, Rushden NN10 9PN. You can contact us about privacy using our enquiry form.
Information we collect
We only collect personal information when you choose to send us an enquiry. The form asks for your name, email address, phone number and a short message.
How we use it
- We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to arrange to meet you.
- Your enquiry is read by the Secretary of the Lodge or the Scribe E of the Chapter, and shared only with the members who need to help with it.
- We never sell your details or share them with anyone outside the Lodge, Chapter or Province.
- We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them. If you do not go on to join, we delete your details within 12 months.
We rely on your consent, which you give when you tick the box on the form. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by contacting us.
Who processes the information for us
The website and its enquiry form are hosted by Netlify, which stores form submissions on our behalf and emails them to us. Your enquiry is then held in our email account.
Cookies
This website does not set any cookies of its own and does not use tracking or advertising tools. Our text fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your device’s IP address in order to deliver them but does not set cookies.
The Discover Freemasonry video on our Joining page only loads from YouTube when you press play. YouTube may then set cookies under its own privacy policy; if you don’t press play, nothing is loaded from YouTube.
Some links, such as “View on Google Maps”, take you to other websites, which have their own privacy and cookie policies.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
